Why am I seeing so few demands in Marketplace?

Last updated on Jul 29, 2026

Marketplace only lists published, still-open demands that match the stone categories selected on your company profile — a narrow category selection means a short list. To widen your reach, open Edit profile, tick every category you actually work with under What they supply, and hit Save. The next time Marketplace refreshes, demands in those categories appear too.

The second reason is filters left switched on. Search text plus the Country, Currency and Published choices in the Filters panel all narrow the list, and so do the Hide ones I offered on, Saved by me, Saved by my team and Assigned to me toggles. Hit Clear all to see the full flow again.

Third, Marketplace shows open demands only: once the offer deadline has passed or a demand has turned into an order, it leaves the flow. Volume also swings by category, country and season, so a thin list on one day is not necessarily a thin market. Saving your filters with Create alarm for this search under Search alarms makes checking back a one-tap job — bear in mind an alarm does not notify you, so you still have to look.
