Who can see my company profile?

Last updated on Jul 29, 2026

Your profile is visible only to signed-in MarbleMap members — never to the open web. A visitor who is not logged in cannot open a company profile page at all, and there is no public profile URL for a search engine to index.

Beyond that, the audience widens in two rings:

  • Any signed-in member sees your public face: company name, role, country and region, your About text, languages, capability tags, business type, size and delivery scope, your gallery and your company FAQs.
  • Companies you are connected with on a demand additionally unlock the sensitive rows. Everyone else never sees them, however long they have been on the platform. Which rows those are is set out in "Are my phone and VAT number visible?".

You are not left guessing which ring someone falls in. The How does the counterparty see this? toggle on Settings → Company Profile renders your profile exactly as an unconnected member receives it, and Preview public profile does the same from the settings screen.

One field is yours to place in either ring: for your website you choose Public or Connections only (per-field visibility control is a Pro feature).
