Tracking your offers: revisions and re-offers

Last updated on Jul 29, 2026

Once you have saved an offer, it does not disappear: every offer stays in your My Marketplace Offers list. This is where you follow what the buyer does with your offer, and where you revise it or submit a new one when needed.

The My Marketplace Offers list

My Marketplace Offers brings together every offer you have submitted to marketplace demands in a single list. Each row shows:

  • The title of the demand you offered on
  • The current status of the offer (colour-coded badge)
  • The grand total of the offer and its currency
  • The submission date (or the creation date if the offer is still a draft)

If you have not submitted any offers yet, the list appears empty and shows a link that takes you to the Marketplace screen.

What the status labels mean

Label Meaning
Draft You have prepared the offer but not sent it yet. The buyer cannot see it.
Submitted The offer has reached the buyer.
Viewed The buyer has opened and reviewed your offer.
Accepted The buyer has accepted your offer.
Rejected The buyer has rejected your offer.
Revision requested The buyer wants specific line items or terms to be updated.
Revised A status defined for the revision flow. In practice, once you send your revised offer, it goes straight back to Submitted.
Withdrawn The offer is no longer under evaluation.

What happens when you click a row

Clicking a row in the list opens one of two screens, depending on the status of the offer:

  1. If the offer is a Draft, the editable offer wizard opens; you can pick up where you left off and submit it.
  2. In every other status, the read-only Your Offer screen opens. You cannot change any field directly here — you see exactly the offer you submitted.

You can also reach the same screen from the View your offer button on the page of the relevant demand.

What the Your Offer screen shows

  • The status badge, the demand title and the "Submitted …" date at the top
  • The Incoterm, payment terms and validity date, where these were given
  • Offer items: product name, quantity, unit price and line total
  • Expenses: the expense items you added to the offer (if any)
  • Totals: subtotal, discount, tax, expenses and grand total
  • Your note: the message you wrote to the buyer (if you wrote one)
  • Attachments: the documents you attached to the offer, plus images and documents attached per line item

From the same screen, the Messages button opens your correspondence with the buyer, and the Check my slice approval link shows whether an order slice has been allocated to you.

When the buyer requests a revision

When the buyer asks for changes to your offer, a "The buyer requested a revision" notice appears on the Your Offer screen. The notice states the buyer's reason and, where applicable, the names of the line items they want revised.

  1. Click Revise and resubmit.
  2. In the Revise your offer window that opens, fill in the New unit price fields for the line items the buyer flagged. Your current price is shown as a reminder beneath each row.
  3. Update the Incoterm, Payment terms and Valid until fields if necessary.
  4. Send it with Submit revised offer.

Once submitted, your offer returns to Submitted status and the revision notice disappears.

Submitting a new offer after a rejection

If your offer is in Rejected status, a Submit New Offer button appears on the Your Offer screen. The window that opens contains only three fields: New total (≈EUR), Incoterm and Payment terms.

To be able to send a new offer, there must be at least one genuine difference compared with your rejected offer:

  • At least 1% cheaper than the rejected offer, or
  • A change to the Incoterm or the Payment terms

The Difference check list in the window ticks off these three items live as you type; as long as none of them is met, the submit button stays disabled and the warning "At least a 1% price improvement over the rejected offer OR a material term (incoterm/payment/validity) must change." is shown. The demand must also still be open to offers: if it has closed, your submission will be blocked.

The new total you enter is distributed proportionally across the product line items in your offer — that is, the unit price of each line is updated by the same ratio. You do not need to enter a new price line by line.

Your weekly offer allowance

Offers you resubmit are also checked against your weekly offer allowance. If you have used up your allowance for that week, the submission is blocked and you are told that you have reached your weekly offer limit. Resubmitting the same offer does not consume your allowance a second time; that offer occupies a single place in your weekly count.
