On MarbleMap every package lives on a single screen: Plans & pricing. This page covers both the buyer side and the seller side, and it is where you can see exactly what each package unlocks.
How the page is laid out
From top to bottom, the page consists of:
- The Monthly and Annual billing period switch
- Three family tabs: Buyer, Seller and Suite
- The plan cards for the family you selected (one of them carries a Recommended badge)
- The Compare features table — a side-by-side comparison of the packages in that family
- Frequently asked questions — question headings that expand when you click them
You need to be signed in to open the page, and loading the plan list depends on your account having been approved. The card for the paid package you are currently on shows a Your current plan badge, its button reads Current plan and cannot be clicked. The button on the free buyer tier always reads Always free and is likewise not clickable.
Monthly or annual
The switch at the top of the page changes your billing period. Choosing Annual saves you roughly two months' worth; the ~2 months free badge next to the switch is what this refers to, and the exact figure appears on the plan card. Prices on the cards are always shown as a monthly equivalent, and with the annual option selected the annual total plus a billed annually note is added underneath.
Buyer side: Free, Pro and Business
The Buyer tab has three tiers. The free tier is enough to open demands and collect offers; moving up to Pro unlocks the following:
- Target delivery date and Payment terms request in the demand wizard
- Acceptable currencies, Acceptable supplier countries and Accepted Incoterms
- The Suggest with AI button for the title and description
- The ability to upload Documents to a demand
- The Split Award Board — splitting one demand across several suppliers
- The Cover image, Portfolio gallery, Certifications, Capability tags, Why choose us and Frequently asked questions sections on your company profile
Everything unlocked in Pro is also unlocked in Business. What separates Business from Pro is not the fields above but the numeric limits: how many images and documents you can upload, the maximum file size, and how far into the future you can push the offer deadline.
On the free buyer package these limits are as follows:
- At most 3 images can be added to each image upload area
- Documents cannot be uploaded to a demand — a (Pro) tag appears next to the Documents heading
- The offer deadline can be pushed at most 1 month into the future
Seller side: Starter, Growth and Scale
Seller packages determine your access to the Marketplace. A company without an active seller package cannot see the Marketplace listing at all and cannot submit offers; instead of the listing, this pricing page opens with the Seller tab selected.
The main difference between the packages is the weekly offer allowance:
- Starter: 20 offers per week
- Growth: 60 offers per week
- Scale: 200 offers per week
Your counter resets every Monday at 00:00 (UTC). In Türkiye time that falls on Monday at 03:00, so if you are waiting for your allowance to renew, take care not to confuse it with your local time. The number of documents you can attach to an offer also varies by package: Starter 3, Growth 5, Scale 10 documents.
Suite: buyer and seller in one subscription
If you both open demands and submit offers, you can choose the Suite family instead of two separate subscriptions. There are two options:
- Suite — buyer rights at the Pro level plus seller rights at the Growth level
- Suite Max — buyer rights at the Business level plus seller rights at the Scale level
Suite means a single subscription and a single invoice; there is no need to buy a buyer package and a seller package separately.
What your package unlocks, precisely
If you want to see the real state of your own account rather than the summary on a card, go to Settings › Usage. There are three sections here:
- Weekly offer usage — how many offers you have submitted this week, how much of your allowance is left and the date the counter resets (shown on accounts with a seller role; if you have no active seller package, a note telling you that you have no package appears instead)
- Plan limits — the image count, file size, demand document, offer deadline and offer document limits that apply to your account (these vary with your role; a limit whose value is zero is not shown here)
- Access & features — an On or Off badge next to each feature listed
This page is the live equivalent of your package; when you buy or upgrade a package, the values can be verified here.
When you see a locked field
A field your package does not cover is usually shown as a lock box with a dashed border. The box states which package unlocks that field, and the upgrade button to its right takes you straight to the Plans & pricing page. That way you do not have to go looking for which feature is tied to which package.
