The comparison matrix shows up to six offers side by side. The number of offers you receive is not capped — six is simply the scope you compare on one readable screen.
It works in two steps. Under Triage offers you narrow the crowd down, using the Full coverage filter and sorting by Lowest price (≈EUR), Lead time, Coverage or Supplier rating. Mark the ones worth a closer look with Add to shortlist, then hit Compare shortlist → to open Offer comparison, where the matrix lays out only your shortlisted offers with the best-value one flagged automatically.
Once the shortlist is full, a seventh offer will not go in: the screen tells you "A shortlist holds at most 6 offers. Remove one to add another." To fill it faster, use Quick fill: AI top 5, Cheapest 5 or Full coverage.
Got more than six serious candidates? Create several shortlists for the same demand (New shortlist), split the candidates into groups and compare them in turn. After comparing you can still award each item to a different supplier — the final call is always yours.
