Business verification (KYB) isn't open for applications yet — there is no self-service flow to earn the badge today, and Settings › Verification only shows your current status.
That page reports one of three states: Verified, Under review or Not verified. If your company isn't verified yet, the page shows the note "Business verification is coming soon — for now, please contact our team" together with a Contact us link. Use that link to ask our support team about the badge; there is no document upload, no application form and no way to set your own status.
The Start verification button on your Company Profile screen isn't wired up either: clicking it starts nothing. That is deliberate, not a fault — the verification workflow is planned for a later release.
If a VAT number is saved on your company details, your status may read Under review. Treat that as a status indicator, not as an application waiting in a queue.
Once the badge is granted, your status becomes Verified and counterparties see your company as a Verified business.
