Where the filter panel is
If you have an active seller package, opening the Marketplace page shows a panel headed Filters down the left side of the screen, with the published demands listed as cards on the right. Without a seller package, you see the package selection screen instead of the panel and the list.
Every criterion you pick in the panel narrows the list immediately — there is no separate "apply" button to press. Above the list you first get a small chip for each criterion you selected, and just below it an information line in the form {n} demands found. Clicking a chip removes only that one criterion and leaves the rest in place. Text typed into the search box does not get a chip; you clear it from the search field itself.
Your selections are also reflected in the page address. So once you have set your filters, sending the link from your browser's address bar to a teammate opens the page for them with exactly the same filters applied.
The search box
The Search field at the top of the panel accepts free text. The text you enter matches records by demand title, description, category name, the names of the listed products, and the demand number beginning with MP-. A moment after you stop typing, the list refreshes on its own.
Core filters
- Category — You can select more than one category; once you do, the field reads {n} categories selected. With nothing selected, All categories applies.
- Country — The delivery country of the demand. Default is All countries.
- Currency — The pricing currency of the demand, that is, the currency offers will be compared in. Default is All currencies.
- Published — Any time, Last 24 hours, Last 7 days or Last 30 days. Only demands published within the period you choose stay in the list.
Quick filters
The checkboxes under the Quick filters heading narrow demands according to how your own team works. You can tick more than one at the same time.
- Saved by my team — Demands bookmarked by anyone at your company.
- Saved by me — Only the ones you saved yourself.
- Assigned to me — Demands a teammate routed to you with Assign to teammate.
To save a demand, just click the bookmark icon in the top-right corner of its card.
Sorting
The Sort menu at the bottom of the panel offers three options: Newest, Closing soon and Relevance. Newest puts the most recently published demand at the top; Closing soon brings forward the demands with the nearest offer deadline — useful when you do not want to overlook demands where your time to prepare an offer is running short.
Clearing filters
As soon as at least one criterion is selected, a Clear all link appears next to the panel heading; clicking it resets every criterion, including the search text. Your sort choice stays as it is. The same button also appears in the chip row whenever that row is visible.
If no demand matches the criteria you selected, the list is replaced by the heading No open demands match your filters and the explanation "Try adjusting your filters or broadening your search." The Clear filters button right below it takes you back to the start in a single step.
If the list is empty although you have not selected any filters at all, it means there are no open published demands at that moment; in that case the message No published demands appears.
Saving the filters you use
You do not have to rebuild a frequently used combination of criteria every time. In the Search alarms section of the panel, just above the Sort menu, the Create alarm for this search button lets you give a name to your current search text, categories, country, currency and publication date selection and store them. Clicking the name of a saved alarm reapplies those same criteria to the list. The quick filter checkboxes are not part of an alarm; applying an alarm clears them.
