Yes. A demand belongs to the company account, not to the person who opened it — My Demands lists your company's demands rather than your own user's, so any teammate holding a seat also sees the demands you created, the offers that arrive and the comparison screen.
Who that is comes down to Settings → Team Management. Only the people you invite into your company account get access; each member takes up a seat, and the page shows how many seats are in use. Once every seat is taken you cannot send a new invite until you upgrade the plan or free a seat. Roles are Owner, Manager and Member; with the right permission you can change someone's role or use Remove member to take them out of the company, which ends their access to the company's demands.
Working together follows the same rule: in a demand's message thread, Invite teammate offers only people from your own company, and work can be routed with Assign so the colleague picks it up under Assigned to me.
Nothing crosses the company line: no supplier sees a rival's offer, its price or even how many offers arrived, and buyers never see each other's demands.
