Can I withdraw an offer I have already submitted?

Last updated on Jul 29, 2026

No — there is no button for withdrawing an offer you have already submitted.

Open the offer from My Marketplace Offers and the Your Offer screen gives you only these actions: Messages, Revise and resubmit if the buyer has asked for a revision, and Submit New Offer if your offer was rejected. Withdrawing is not among them.

If you no longer want the business, use Messages to open the conversation on that demand and tell the buyer directly — that is the reliable way to signal that your offer should not be considered.

If your price, quantity or delivery terms have changed, don't try to delete the offer. When the buyer chooses Request revision, your offer shows a The buyer requested a revision notice with the reason, and Revise and resubmit lets you send the corrected figures on the same offer.

An offer you haven't sent yet is different: a Draft row reopens the offer wizard, so you can change it freely.

The Withdrawn label you may see in offer lists is a status indicator only; you cannot move your own offer into it.
