No — cancelling a demand is final and cannot be undone. Once cancelled, a demand stays cancelled: it cannot be reopened or edited, and suppliers can no longer submit offers to it. The confirmation dialog says so before you commit: "This demand will be cancelled and suppliers can no longer submit offers. This cannot be undone."
If you cancelled by mistake, you don't have to retype anything. On My Demands, open the More actions menu on that row and choose Duplicate (new demand). The line items, budget, delivery details and Incoterms fields are copied into a new Draft and the demand wizard opens on it. Adjust whatever you need, then hit Publish to put it back in front of suppliers.
Worth knowing:
- The copy is a separate demand with its own demand number, and you can rename it freely.
- Offers, messages and activity history from the old demand are not carried over — the copy starts with zero offers.
- The cancelled demand isn't deleted; it stays on My Demands under the Cancelled filter as a record.
