No — the order confirmation record can't be downloaded as a PDF; it lives on the platform and is read on screen.
Where to find it: as a buyer, in the Orders & confirmation section of the demand cockpit; as a supplier, open the order from My Orders. Every order carries an Order confirmation record panel that shows, in fixed form: Document no, Buyer, Supplier, the Issued date, and then either Confirmed (date plus the person who confirmed) or Confirm by while it is still open. Under that sits the terms snapshot — Incoterm, Payment, Delivery — followed by the order lines with their line totals.
The panel is a snapshot: once an order is placed, the lines and terms are no longer editable on screen. A supplier who needs something changed uses Propose a change, and the buyer decides; the record keeps that trail.
There is no file export and no e-signature in this version. If you need to reference the order elsewhere, use the Document no shown on screen.
