Yes — every Q&A you publish on the FAQ tab is open to every supplier who can see that demand; nothing there is private.
That is the point: answer once instead of repeating yourself across five separate conversations. The Visible to suppliers chip above the list is the reminder. Answers work in both languages — you write in yours, a supplier working in another reads the translation. Only the demand owner can add, edit or delete entries; suppliers read the FAQ, they never write in it.
When something is meant for one supplier only, keep it out of the FAQ:
- Messages — a separate conversation per supplier; only that supplier sees it.
- My private note on the Offers tab — only you can see it, and it is never shown to the supplier.
Rule of thumb: price haggling and terms meant for a single supplier belong in Messages. Certificate expectations, thickness tolerance, packing preference, delivery-point clarifications — anything every bidder needs — belong in the FAQ, and they make the offers you get far easier to compare.
