The supplier issues the invoice for the stone — MarbleMap is not a party to that sale. MarbleMap does not sell stone, hold stock, or ship anything, so it never invoices material or freight. Once an order is placed, the commercial paperwork — proforma, sales invoice, export documents, packing list — is drawn up between buyer and supplier, and payment moves directly between them.
MarbleMap issues one invoice only: its own subscription invoice, raised by Fusapp OÜ. You will find it in Settings under Subscription & Billing, in Invoice history. That invoice covers platform access, not the stone.
The split is deliberate. MarbleMap takes no cut of any sale; revenue is seat- and membership-based. With nothing riding on the transaction, the platform has no incentive to lean on a deal — keeping sealed bidding fair.
Price, payment terms, and invoicing arrangements are always part of the offer. To get them, open New Demand and describe what you need: stone type, quantity, Incoterm, delivery point. Verified suppliers reply with sealed offers you compare — payment terms included — on one screen. Buyers start free; nothing is binding until you accept an offer.
