Is the subscription per user or per company?

Last updated on Jul 29, 2026

Your subscription belongs to the company account, not to an individual person. You buy the plan once; the plan's entitlements and all invoices sit with your company. Colleagues join that same company account by invitation, so you never buy a separate subscription per person.

Your plan lives under Settings → Subscription: the active plan, the renewal date and every invoice issued to your company are listed there. One company account can hold separate plans on the buyer side and the supplier side, and both bill to the same account.

Your people are managed under Settings → Team Management. You invite a colleague by email and see how many of your company's seats are used. Once every seat is taken, the Invite button is disabled — you either upgrade the plan or free up a seat before adding someone new.

MarbleMap never takes a cut of a sale; the platform earns from subscriptions only. So adding a colleague never costs you a slice of a deal — it only changes how many seats you need. Buyers can start free, while suppliers need a package (Starter, Growth or Scale) to see the market and submit offers.
