Is my data shared with third parties?

Last updated on Jul 29, 2026

No — your data is never sold to third parties; as the note under the sign-up form says, your data is encrypted and never sold.

You decide who sees your company details. On the Company Profile screen you can mark fields as Public or Connections only (per-field visibility control is a Pro feature). Your phone number is only shared with companies you connect with on a demand, and contact-person details unlock only once that connection happens through a demand.

On the offer side MarbleMap runs on sealed bids: no supplier sees a rival's offer, its price, or even how many offers arrived — and buyers never see each other.

Marketing email is separate and entirely your choice: when you subscribe to updates you give explicit consent (GDPR/KVKK) for Fusapp OÜ to process your email address, and without that consent we don't send it. The site uses cookies to improve your experience and understand traffic; the cookie notice lets you accept or decline. The privacy notice linked in the site footer has the full detail.

To keep in-demand messaging bilingual, translation runs through DeepL. That is a processing step needed to deliver the service — not a data sale and not ad-targeting.
