Signing up on its own doesn't grant access. You first finish the account steps and send your application with Submit application — the review clock starts from that moment, not from registration. Our team checks every company before approving access.
Once submitted, you land on the Your application is under review screen, which tracks three steps: application submitted, admin review, access granted. Leave that screen open and it keeps checking your status in the background; the moment approval lands, it moves you straight into your dashboard with no need to sign in again. To check sooner, use Check status — if the review isn't finished, the screen tells you so.
After approval you sign in to your dashboard and start posting demands. Buyers can start free with 2 active demands; suppliers need a Starter, Growth or Scale plan to see the marketplace and submit offers.
