No — nobody sits between you and the other side. MarbleMap is not a broker, trader, agent or exporter: it introduces you to verified counterparties and then steps out of the way.
What "no middleman" means concretely. The contract is signed between buyer and supplier, not with us. Price, payment, shipping, invoicing and quality responsibility are theirs and yours. MarbleMap never buys the stone to resell it, never holds it in stock, never re-quotes a supplier's number, and never speaks for one side to the other. You know exactly who you are dealing with: the buyer's company name is shown on every demand, and supplier profiles are open to signed-in members.
There is no agent's margin hidden in a price either, because nothing is deducted from the deal — the platform is paid by subscription instead.
To get a real price, open a New Demand and describe what you need: stone type, quantity, delivery terms. Verified suppliers submit sealed offers, and you compare them on one screen on a common EUR basis. Buyers start free, and nothing binds you until you accept an offer.
